Please note that we will try to accommodate most parties, but we ask you to limit all ADA requests to two patrons. A patron that needs the accommodation and a companion.
ADA seating and placement are different between all venues. Please reach out to boxoffice@logjampresents.com with any venue-specific questions.
ADA tickets for the University of Montana Adams Center and Washington-Grizzly Stadium are available upon request by emailing griztix@umontana.edu.
WILL CALL
If a customer elects to have his or her tickets retrieved at will call, the physical tickets will only be available for pick from the venue box office on the day of the show. Please bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase.
MOBILE TICKETS
Mobile Tickets will be texted to customers upon purchase confirmation and will be scanned directly from your mobile device upon entry into the respective event. For high demand performances, the delivery of your mobile ticket may be delayed until closer to the event date to prevent scalper activity. Please review your confirmation email for specifics.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make sure they have access to their mobile tickets and are able to open and present the scannable barcode to the door staff upon entry. It is recommended that the purchaser download the tickets prior to traveling to the KettleHouse Amphitheater, as cell phone reception may be restrictive.
